here in this land
under the sky
where stars abound
i am not saying something
i am silent
i may have written this
but i am not even saying anything
to myself
i like this peace among the stars

under the skies
on the grass i lay my head
listening to what this earth
this sky
this space is telling

i may write again
after this wandering
i may be awed in total wonder
for no reason at all

here i lay my head on the
grass
listening to what this earth
this sky
this space is telling


if you listen enough
you will hear the language of the sky
and the earth and the space
totally different from our
own quibbling....
