As It Comes Poem by Anita Shanti Joseph

As It Comes

Unknown is my destiny
But I see your smiling face
At every bend a Daisy buds
Radial flowers like your radiant ‘eye’
Safe therefore I transport myself
Trusting the ONE who died for me
So that He leads the way
To our eternal home of Hope and Rest
Unknown is my destiny – oh yes!
But I’ll press on as the light sweeps
Casting my shadows behind
Love bears wings like angels – there’s bliss
In Divine purpose.
I need not stumble in my footsteps
Not tarry as the fog steals on me
He’s the wind of my destinies
Take a breath – He cares – He always will
Never doubt your untrodden path
Nor the unscaled depths and ports of call.
He’s there to hold our hands in stead!
In our lows or highs – and in stillness
He’s there to guide our sails
He may rock the boat his children sleep
Yea even though he let it sink
His love abides unto death
To claim his own – fear not
He reigns…
As it came so it will come
History repeats itself.
Every year last – tread on
Bend to the wind (better always in a storm)
His mysterious ways unique
Remind – does a snowflake repeat her design?
Yet ye more worthy
In His perfect Love perfect Design.
