As the world crumbles,
I'll be there to pick you up.
From beneath the darkened ruins,
I will be the light that guides you.
Lean on me,
as every tear you shed becomes light in your eyes.
Worry about me...
when you are down in the dumps.
(because your happiness is mine and your sadness also)
I'll be the keeper of your heart,
knowing you are the one that holds my heart in the palm of his hands.
Hold me...
when touch becomes the new feeling
and as our feelings deepen.
But when our feelings go below zero,
remember us as the world crumbles all around us
and there is only us.
