Ask, Seek, Knock Poem by Thomas L. Slater

Ask, Seek, Knock

Rating: 5.0

You said but ask, and we'd receive
Our souls will be no more deceived.
These gifts you're sure to send our way
Each and every single day.
We are to seek, but not outside
For from within you do abide.
In each of us there's part of you
When we look we see the truth.
As we knock, you promise us
The door will open if we trust.
Our pains and sorrows they will cease
We will find everlasting peace.
