You come as a stranger
When you worship the child in the manger,
You gave gifts and you worshipped with love
For the child sent by God above.
You stand against all aborticide
As you worship the child with faith at your side,
To mankind the child is the greatest gift
Our very soul the child will lift.
You worship the child lying on the straw
Who's earthly family has no riches at all,
Him and his parents are a refugee in this land
But, his birth there was already planned.
This fact you must now truly listen
You can't call yourself or be recognized as a Christian,
When for other children you don't care
For them you deny and refuse to help not even a prayer.
You worship the child in the manger with joy
But, I wonder if that is just a ploy,
Your beliefs and faith is truly in disorder
When you don't care about a child dying at the border.
