At The Last Poem by Joyce Hemsley

At The Last

Forty word poem:

Sincere eyes cast a glow on me,
in those helcian days of fantasy,
when words of love delighted me;
and the gates of gold opened wide...
admitting the groom and the bride.
From loneliness set free,
in heaven's peaceful sanctuary.
