A Friend Forever
We both decided to dress in style
when visiting our 'long ago' friend
knowing for sure, he'd wear a smile
if we were clad in up-to-date trend.
But the years have been
and altered the scene.
Once we were pretty, long hair
with a sheen.
Still, we possess a genuine heart...
Oh we've arrived,
we are here, we are here!
And now the beautiful kisses start.
