Atypical Poem by Hans Raj Sharma

Atypical

Finding-
Heart in its roots
Mind at its place
Brain on routine route
And body in full youth
Good over bad omen
Alarming bells sounding
The gesture of success.

Turning out-
Dying is less sad
Than its thought
Triumph is less blissful
Than the journey.
A fabric-
That reveals more
Than it conceals
Laced with
Romantic throwback
Against commonness
Keeping transparency
A good cover-up option
For use and reuse-
Hidden all in the soul
Than in the brain.

A cold war of starlets
Rocking together
The childhood
School memories-
Then and now atypical
The nostalgic lane
A delicious travel tale
With an artificial plan
A gate way to getting away.
