Autumn Colors Poem by Modupeola Williams

Autumn Colors

Rating: 5.0

The brick red of the rusting leaves.
The spring green of resisting trees.
The gold dust sparkle of the setting sun,
And the lemon yellow that dances in between.

The woody brown of the Maple's bark
The snow white of the playful Birch
The licorish black of the darkest night,
And the pale blue of morning sky.

The soft rose of a blushing cheek.
The gray haze of hot breath in air.
God's autumn colors are so lovely,
and are beautiful each passing year.
