Autumn leave fall to the ground,
Bring to me your rustling sound,
Leave the branches brown and bare,
So we can see a bird that’s rare,
Fly around on the breeze,
And say hello to other trees,
Now fall down at our feet,
Cause your feeling tired and beat.

This is one amazing poem. Beautiful imagery, and Nature is still present in powerful meanings. Nevertheless, I could detect some flaws in language in the last line, I do consider that you revise them.. it's a beautiful poem that deserves better revising!
