A-comin' together . . . for an Autumn Square Dance. A-dancin', a-driftin' . . . with laughter an' glee—
Careless an' reckless . . . th' wind blows 'em free . . .
to soar o'er th' meadow . . . th' pasture an' lea
A-scatterin', a-skippin' . . . they flutter . . . then flee O'er hills an' valleys . . . an' 'way, 'way beyon' . . .
Th' little leaves scamper . . . thither an' yon.
