Autumn's Wind Blows Gently Poem by Mohammad Younus

Autumn's Wind Blows Gently

Autumn's wind blows gently,
its soft touch stirs the sleeping earth.
Chinar leaves drift with graceful ease,
each a fiery ember in the vast expanse,
a blazing dance through endless vales,
their descent a quiet hymn to change.

The earth leans closer to winter's chill;
golden days yield to fading light,
yet who can fathom their secret song?
In each breath of autumn lies a truth,
a whisper of things dissolving—
falling away after their fullest bloom.

Perfection bows to time's quiet call,
offering no resistance, no regret.
What is lost is never truly gone;
it seeds the earth with whispered vows.
In the stillness, life gathers strength,
a quiet resolve to rise again.
