Away With Words Poem by Stephen Martin II

Away With Words

Rating: 5.0

Away with words
Let's cut them down
Make every syllable
A foreign sound

Refuse to speak
Let's grunt and shrug
Make these expressions
More than enough

Break it down
Let's start anew
Rip words a part
If we so choose

Lose every word
Stare off in space
Language lost
Brings better days
