Awkward Love Poem by Nixon Griffith

Awkward Love

I know you but I also don't
Oh I hath faith sweet dear one we will intertwine and become as one loving pair of innocent pure white doves flustering at each other
The affection I have for you is infinite like pregnant water pouring down a cliff rushing gushing thrushing down desperately to meet the ground
I become lossed with you at times wondering this piercing awkwardness will go
Or maybe its there for a reason its so suttle yet fierce that it captivates you if you seen a snake attack its prey you will know.
They say awkwardness bonds people, but should I be feeling mixed emotions about you right now? Do you feel the same way I do I have no clue.
I can tend to feel how you feel at times, its sweet like rose pedal and sour as limes
It gives me great pleasure making you like me, but when you end up liking me what then will the stars fade away for the morning sun to come out?
Oh thou hath faith that our love for each other will evolve into something spectacular like fire works on new years eve, or the sights of the eight wonders of the world. Something that is in awe built to last blast from the early passed.
I don't know sweet angel, as her eyes flicker and reshape like a beautiful gust of wind reshaping
Her shouts echo her anger towards her poor enemy. Oh those eyes change is just like seeing a solar eclipse change. Such a hot fixated angry look, come at me sweet angel, I want your every bit of anger, sadness, annoyance's, stubbornness, kindness, loving, nurturing, understanding, happy, and excited. Oh what complicated gift god you have given me. So intricate when you think you know, is when you know the least, an impossible puzzle to solve. Or is it.maybe it can be solved, I mean we've definitely evolved since we first met. But the awkwardness is still there again at it. I feel like a stranger with you sometimes mixed with love, lust, and hormones. You are so close yet so far, yeh that's right so very close yet so very far.
