Backward Walks The Kangaroo Poem by Sailing to windward

Backward Walks The Kangaroo

Kangaroos still can’t walk backwards
Their gait remains strictly one way
Don’t fill my head with those flash words,
whatever the profs at CERN say,
time ushers time ever onwards,
and our past behind us will stay.
A particle’s flight, faster than light?
It’s a Roo’s leap too far, I'd say.
