Bad Continence And Guilt. Poem by Tor Magnor Solvang

Bad Continence And Guilt.

A heavy heart, a worried mind,
When others' wants I cannot find.
No riches, health, or things they seek,
My spirit wilts, I feel so weak.

A guilty pang, a shadow deep,
While silent tears I softly weep.
My conscience sighs, a weary friend,
And worries start, they never end.

Then body aches, a nagging pain,
Like stormy skies that bring the rain.
My health declines, my strength does fade,
A heavy price, a debt unpaid.

And those I love, they feel it too,
The gloom that clouds, the sky turned blue.
Our world shrinks down, a fragile sphere,
Bound by the weight of doubt and fear.
