Balcony Shot - Poem by Twiggy C. Tubercio

On the curb
With the common scold
Ive got no one left
and my heart is cold
keeps on faulting
all my wrong ways
my mind can go
but my body stays
tattered and torn
laying on the ground
clearly alive
broken body is found
front page cinema
the fakes have a laugh
have a moment of silence
on the behalf
but then its back to real lives
this happens everyday
the good die young
the spineless have to pay
the kid in the corner
nobody talked to
ruler of the world
the one people flock to
open balcony
sitting on the throne
life long goal
dies alone
