After my first failure in love,
I always find love even though it always ends in tragedy
Until a time come, love do come
But I became the other man of her life.

I meet a woman whose in love with me
She's married and has two children both a girl
Her husband works in Manila
I don't know what his job but I do know
He goes home every other week

I meet the night I am alone
At some bar in Puro Legaspi City
She's drinking that time, singing a love song at videoke
I'm almost drunk when I decided to sing
Then at the nearby table, I borrowed her a songbook
Then everything started, after I sung,
She sat in my table thinking I'm a prostitute
She asked me to make love then I said yes.

At nearby motel, we had spent the night
Both drunk and wild in a room of heat
The morning comes we both wake up
And started to get know each other
I told her I'm not a prostitute
She just laughed then she told me about her
That she's bored with her life that's why she's doing this
After we know each other, she owe me a favor
That I agree and never thinking about,
We will see each other every other week.

Writing this, I am alone at the center of Ligao,
Where there is silence through out this place
Where I ask myself, "What happened to me? "
It is 5: 00 in the afternoon, seeing the sun fades
I realized my life is always a tragedy.

Yesterday I return to Ligao, I quit my job in Legaspi
I quit my job just to avoid her,
Because I know it's all wrong from the start
I don't want to this love to end the worst consequence
And I don't want to be a man of a week after next
Every time her husband go back to Manila.

I know it's hurting right now,
I don't what to see her again
I don't want to commit another sin
Every time we're seeing just to make love
I do feel the sadness but it's best tragedy of my life
It ends that I deleted everything about her
Her pictures, cellphone number
And I blocked her on my Facebook account

When the sun is gone, I promised myself,
"From now on, I will never find love
For love does come by surprise
Love does come at the right time
I do hope it comes right
I will never give up waiting
So today my life begins again."
