Ballet Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Ballet

Ballet

Like then when
We flew jet-plane
Let engine to stall
In spin, we went down
Came lady with baby…

The leaf had, in it, seed.

I knew nothing of
What to name or call it.

Felt my kite of childhood
Escaping, getting loose
Or in air glider
Victim of breeze, wind
Or the air pressure…

In times I saw it as
An eagle with pride
Flying very high
Circling around us.

Lost was I, confused
"Is she a prostitute? "

But results in my mind:
"No! Mothers sacrifice! "

She wanted its baby
(embryo in her womb)
To land on good ground
(Hopefully, most fertile)
Let baby find a home
To make roots, grow tall…
So, flew round and round
Giving me the best sight…

I stood and observed
The scene that was great.

Watched ballet; Maple keys'!
