Be A Good Friend Poem by Hiba H Zantout

Be A Good Friend

I have a friend, who's not my friend
Things never start and never end,
He never calls, does he pretend?
Or does he care? I can't understand.

I like him a lot and yet I don’t
I'm not sure of what I want,
Or what he wishes or what to hunt
We rarely talk and not for long.

I'm not sure of what to do.
I need your help, what can I do?
What will losing a friend put me through,
Hopefully this poem would get to you.

Did you believe? Then that's good.
Think of a solution if you could,
Crack that head, look under the hood
Be a good friend, that's what you should.
