Be Not Blinded Poem by Cynthia Buhain-baello

Be not blinded by false religion!
Awake and seek the truth for your soul.
For some will feed you lies and deception
Such doctrines will never make you whole.

Read the Word, ask God to lead you
Before the end may finally come!
He will not fail because He is True
He forgives all who come and not just some.

Those bones supposedly of dead saints
Can never save you from eternal demise!
Falsehood, idolatry they are trying to paint
Only God, by His Mercy, can open your eyes.

Today if you're drawn to Him, just pray
Tell Him you want to know Him as God-
No fancy words needed there to say
He's the God Who gives no other love you've had.

His ways are good, His plans are best,
He is Faithful and True to His promise.
In Him you will find your heart is at rest
Comforted and loved with His awesome Peace.
