Beacon Of Hope
No one noticed,
The hopeless life I tried to make right
Surrounded by millions just like me
I wanted to wash it all away.
The anger, the vulnerability
The despair, the hatred,
The fury within
And everything else that defined me
I flushed it all out
With nothing but a beacon of hope
And soft comforting words
From a few good friends!
