Beautiful Barbie Poem by Sabastiana Pressler

Beautiful Barbie

A waxy smile that never fades
Her iye makeup in different shades
Nurse, stewardess, cripple, news broadcaster
In uniforms that'd make boys hearts beat faster
Don't forget pink convertible top
Or Ken, perfect legs and hair flawlessly cropped
Dress me, undress me, look, no hair!
Who ever knew we looked the same down there?
Limitless styles, fashions, and clothes
Ken, lets hit the mall and see where this goes!
Suburban dollhouse, perfect man
Cute car, great shoes, an even tan
But now the child is getting old
Yet the image of Barbie was all she was told
I want a body like Barbie and friends!
Well, they lowered the price on breast implants....
