Beautiful Lady Poem by Valerie Reid

Beautiful Lady

Beautiful Lady with your back to me
Turn around and look at me
I love your dress
I am impressed

May I tuck your label in for you?
I'm sure you're not aware it's showing
'You're welcome! '
I must say every woman's wish
Is to be a size 10
And may I remark upon the way your
skin is glowing?

Later may I dance with you?
I feel I'd like to get to know you
See you soon...

Where did you go pretty lady...ahhh! you did
not come alone, I may have met the girl
of my dreams and now I must let her go!
But I see him leaving, here's my chance...
Remember me, may I have this dance?
'My feet are killing me' she says
'I need to take my shoes off! '

Rest them between my legs
Your shoes will be safe with me
You don't have to dance, just be
With me,
We talk, we connect, we gel
How the hell
Did I manage to bag
The lady in THAT dress....?
