Beautifully & Dutifully Bound Poem by Mark Heathcote

Beautifully & Dutifully Bound

Gods an atlas book, beautifully & dutifully bound
But beware before you make your own, journey
There are no pages covered within it to be, found.

Covertly you are the story not yet been written
You are the darkness flooded by a lit clerestory
Choir of light the voice; that isn't any, one man's religion.

That's your northern star your difficult course to sail
Remember some books require patients to prevail
And a good lot of working senses to follow braille.
