Beauty Amidst The Pains Poem by Rimni chakravarty

Beauty Amidst The Pains

Life can be at times so painful
How to deal is not taught in any school
All you are taught is arts, science, and the other subjects of your curriculum
But life swings like a pendulum
It is both the ways
But we love to enjoy our sunshine days
We are afraid to face the turbulent storm
Which may ruin you in whatever form?
Have you noticed the early sunrise on the shores?
When the sailors failed to hold their oars
On the storm struck nights
You remain a spectator of the two sights
On one hand the symbol of shipwreck, on the other hand the survivors moan as they wake
As though from a nightmare
The world however appears fair
With the blue sky spread wide
The trees stand tall and green
Isn't the picture serene?
You can't help but admire the beauty of Nature
There is beauty even in pains like peace after a long drawn war.
