The beauty of music surrounds us
Like the sands of time
Always inside of us
And never lost from our lives

Once we hear music…
We slowly submerge into a world created just for us
Invisible from everyone else
Pressure to be someone else banned in this world

We feel peace come over us
And our mood changing quickly
Our troubles being washed away for now
And a clean slate once we listen to music

Music is our lifesaver
Helping us keep sane
Helping us know who we really are
Music helps us forget our lives for only a few minutes…
