Bed Poem by Rosanna Miller

Bed

Away from the world, in my private space,
I cocoon.
Still resting after chaotic cacophony,
I lay.
Head to toe awash with light and back again,
I cleanse.
Meditation of the peace and calm,
I empty.
Allowing myself to heal and regenerate,
I sleep.
