Before Birth, All Beings Without Form Poem by Mohammad Younus

Before Birth, All Beings Without Form

Before birth, all beings without form,
and after death, they dissolve again.
Life is a fleeting storm,
a brief unveiling between pre-birth—
and post-birth states.

From nothingness, they quietly arise;
into nothingness, they silently fade.
A dance of light beneath transient skies,
while essence endures, untouched by time.

Why do we not seek our essence here,
the witness unbound by life's illusions?
Beyond the masks of fleeting moments,
the source of all creation remains.

Form is but a blossom—a glimpse of beauty—
through the mirror of the manifestation.
When duality's dream dissolves,
we return to the formless—whole, eternal.
