Being Shot Poem by Randy McClave

Being Shot

When with an AR-15 he was shot
His supporters wore ear bandages to show his back they got,
They showed their strength and their support for him
Through his attack, and his so called bedlam.
They all wore bandages on their ears
To support his bravery with their prayers and tears,
And as his earlobe normally healed
For his bravery and his strength his supporters were all thrilled.
When children with an AR-15 were shot dead
What did his supporters do instead,
Caused by the murders and the gunman's sins
His supporters all wore their AR-15 pins.
