You never left my side
And wiped the tears when I cry
You never once let go of my hand
Will I ever understand
Friends will always come around
And disappear with out a sound
Best friends understand that I never do
And for this I am thankful for you
You act like everything will be okay
We both know not in this time or day
You always awake me from my nightmare
I know I will rise again knowing you there
When the tears fall cold with a scream
You reassure me it was all a dream
Some how you took me and made me see
All the truth that live inside of me
I found my reason that you made visible
You helped me find it all threw out my soul
Best friends will never watch as you fall to die
They will show you the star up in the sky
I cant take anything back although I should
I wouldn’t give you up even if I could
Friends lead you back to where you started
Best Friends stay there full hearted
best friends might take you back to where you started
But they will stay there full hearted! !
