Be alone
Be alone my dear wish
Become even more alone.

When you are alone, you will find the One.
Within the One, you will find everything you seek.

Let go of wanting,
Let go of having,
Become empty in the house of the One and dissolve into eternity.

Forget the body's claims and sit within the mind.
In the body's mind, still the mind's body.

The temporary 'yours' will drift away
And the true 'yours' will become entirely your own.
