Bittersweet Salvation Poem by Alexandriia Stone

Bittersweet Salvation

An eternity together
Fellowship now severed
Love must close his eyes
His pain darkening the skies
Hope turned away
The Son was never meant to stay
The world was shaken
For a time, peace was taken
The serpent tightened his coils
The Plan would not be foiled
his vict'ry came
Life would never be the same
Truth died that day
Then created was the Way
Yeshua came back
Reset the track
Blood gave way to salvation
Destroyed then redeemed was Creation
The Son of Man ascended
The vict'ry of Darkness ended
Life came down again as fire
Man's souls breathed for the first time through the mercy of the Sire
The rest of Eternity began, whole.
Now humanity can be full.
