Bla Bla Bla. Poem by Osagie Francis samuel Omono

Bla Bla Bla.

Rating: 1.0

To get to your dream,
To achieve your dream of being the president,
You came calling night and day at my door,
Wailing and pleading, tears on your face,
Crying me a river,
Tears on your face, falling to the ground,
Flooding every where like after a heavy down pour,
I saw the pains in your heart,
I thought in my heart I saw sincerity,
I thought in my heart I saw an angel,
I thought in my inmost being,
I saw the man that will wipe the pains off,
The face of the people,
I gave you all the support, all the things you needed,
To be the king that you are today.
But today you sing a new song,
But today you like Lucifer (The Morning Star) ,
Changed to the Devil (The Evil One) .
Today, you don't even come close to me,
You don't even care about your promises,
Now that you have got what you so much wanted and desired,
Today, I can only from afar see you with angry and hungry dog,
Surrounding you, protecting you from we that helped you up.
From afar all I could see is you lips saying what I don't know,
From afar all I could hear from you is just Bla Bla Bla.
