Black Poem by Brittany Sczech

Black

Black boots to cover the feet that work day and night
Black pants to cover the cuts and bruises from every fight
a Black top to cover my pale skin from insults I ignore
Black sleeves to hide the cuts I know Ill never forgive myself for
a Black hoodie to hide my bright blonde hair Im planning on dying
that way Ill have some bangs to hide a face thats tired of crying
