Black And White - Poem by Jasmine Thompson

Black and white pictures
cover the floor
and there I am
in the middle

colors have faded
from my world
because you left me
for another girl

These tears leave a gray trail
down my cheek
as they erase
the color from me

a black and white photo is me,
tossed aside,
lost forever
on the floor
