Black Winter Storms Poem by Nina Ali

Black Winter Storms

Rating: 5.0

Dark winds blow,
Red rages of seas arise.
Although the darkness fades away,
The cold rays of the sun wander astray.
To be alone on a black winters day,
Is when the forbidden feelings come to play,
In the back yard that is our hearts.
Once alive full of passions,
Now as black as the grains of sand we kneel down on to pray,
For a better life for a bigger world,
For new starts for pure souls,
People have forgotten what it is to live a summer’s days.
People are lost in the darkness of the black winter’s stormy day.
