Blameless

Don't beat yourself it's not your fault
You know all this of course
Don't hesitate to ask for help
Away from the negative force

You can relax your mind and soul
You know of this my friend
It's your determination
That will help you in the end

Your heart is full of sorrow
Your mind is full of doubt
You need to stay focussed
And this will help you out

Don't focus on the negative
Cos you are not to blame
Be kind at heart and truthful
And you will soon be back again
