Blank Career ~ Dr. H. S. Swadhin Kumar Pal Poem by Dr. H S Swadhin Kumar Pal

Blank Career ~ Dr. H. S. Swadhin Kumar Pal

The books are filled with promises, yet futures remain unclear,
Every discipline bears silent dreams overshadowed by fear.
A scholar in history, a poet, a scientist all aspire,
Each heart deserves a chance to rise, each soul a rightful fire.
Education must not end where vacant hopes appear,
For knowledge loses meaning in a blank career.

Why should one stream alone receive the nation's highest call?
When every field of learning has a place to serve us all.
Arts, Commerce, Humanities, Languages, Science alike,
Should walk together equally on opportunity's hike.
Governments must create fair paths where every talent can steer,
Replacing empty waiting with a purposeful career.

A nation cannot flourish while its youth remain unpaid,
Nor build a brighter future where honest dreams must fade.
Justified wages, equal chances, and transparent selection,
Can strengthen every citizen with dignity and direction.
Neglect breeds poverty and unrest, making young voices severe,
Until justice answers the cry of the blank career.

Let education shape a world where merit lights the way,
Where every worthy graduate finds meaningful work each day.
Balance every discipline with employment fair and true,
For every dream belongs to all, not just a chosen few.
When wisdom joins with livelihood, hope shall conquer fear,
And every blank career shall bloom into a fulfilled career.
