Blasting Harmony - Poem by Gulam Abbas Hashmi
No hype; that a world of such discontentment,
shows its howling in the manner of beasts.
While each of one owns a serenity within-
despite it strikes.
Oh! world have you lost the bliss?
The sombreness; the creative approach;
and turned your waves in such fury-
the water would have irrigated and fetched.
Pray not for those who left; but instead-
pray for those who still live to see
what is yet to be unearthed.
Pray for those who claims eye for an eye-
Pray for those who have lost their way.
