I learned something new,
as earlier I had no clue,
but then I heard
that blondes prefer blue.
Since a psychologist
told me this,
it might be even true
that blondes, indeed,
prefer blue.
Now,
let me share with You
that once in Katmandu
I asked a blonde,
"Do you really prefer blue? "
"Ooh,
I'm not really blonde",
she said smiling,
"but I confess to you,
I use a bleaching shampoo."

Psychologists say that color preference can be discerned already in 12 weeks old infants. However, society and culture influence the color choices of humans. Thus, red, for example, in China symbolizes good luck, whereas in Nigeria it is associated with violence. Faber Birren, in 'Color Psychology and Color Therapy, ' describes " Nordic and Scandinavian types" as people " with bluish eyes and light hair...Their preference is for the blue and green."
