Blood - Poem by Shea Schultz

a dropp of blood
a red splatter
oh how it all dont matter

a silver tear
a blade of steal
it'll heal given time

a tear drop
a splattered puddle
oh how it all don't matter

pain equals hurt
subtractpain equals blade
in time it'll all fade

i reach into nightstand
grips blade with had

my tears and blood mixes
all the while thinking
blood is thicker than water
when you give a damn
