Blood On A Canvas
I know it hurts when the next thing i want to do
Is write a poem or paint
More of the former, rarely the latter.
Most importantly,
I want to draw attention to healing
In this unique form
It is the mastery of pain so much that
Beauty is the end result
Because who is to say that
Blood on a canvas is not art?
And pain on a paper is not poetry?
