Blooms Poem by Dustin Newman

Blooms

Away one would cry. Days upon days upon days.
Salt ridden anquish from places so bare.
Amongst mortal sin, love grants a blossom.
Breaking insidious danger to bloom thus.
All for nought?
Surely not...
Grow, it does. Unbeknowest to but a few.
Feeding luscious blossoms with a fragrance of forever.
Full blush and colors abound.
Fed with words and caressing purpose.
To one acceptance is unknown.
To one time has passed.
Take such gifts with knowledge of pure and undying love.
To you and those closest to your heart.
Forgive imperfections and deferment of season.
Petals made from commitment, excitement, passion and love
Adorn your bed.
Exacting beauty for one so special to receive assurance of
All things everlasting.
