Not knowing why
the blue birds fly
I reach up high
far into the sky
why blue birds, do you fly?
they pick me up
and carry me away
I never did come back that day
for now I know their secret
why in the sky blue birds fly
someday maybe they'll take you there
across cool skies of open air
