Bonsai And Trees Poem by shimon weinroth

Bonsai And Trees

sired of lofty genes, aspired to the skies
trees sprouted branching out
tangled entangled, electronic waves and wires

cut down or dwarfed in youth
confined to lines architectual
wild only in the unsettled

soon they too will be
subjected to regal desires
bled to death, in the shadow of spires
