Born For A Reason Poem by Cati Walthall

Born For A Reason

We were all born for a reason
None of us were mistakes
but when we can't fulfil what we were made for
We start to wonder what could be beyond these gates
I was born to not just make music
But to spread it to the world
Teaching it to kids so they can love what I love
Knowing they'll want to know more
God gave me a gift
and this is what he wants me to do with it
I just know
Because other wise,
I wouldn't of been gifted in such ways
If I can't teach
I shouldn't live
Because if I can't do what I was born to do
What's the point of breathing?
What's the point of moving?
Knowing your gift has no use?
