'Borrowed Culture' Poem by Micheal Bello

'Borrowed Culture'

Feet claws clank
Voices mummer again
Like a silent mummy.

A light tour
Wait on the prisoner's touch.
Battered, tattered, and torn fleshes.

'Where are your accomplice? '
Crawl from the darkness nest
His mouth curled into smiley gloom.

The mind wandered how
A brainless becomes the god;
Ruling with spear of thunder.
