Breakable Poem by Chelsea Page

Breakable

I'm strong on the outside, but
On the inside I am breakable
My smile can only take so much til,
it's broken
Perfect is what I am far from,
It's also the least of my worries
Trying no to take it to far, but
When I do it goes all wrong.
Red is the color of blood.
When I see red,
I know it has gone to far
I know I hurt myself
But I don't let it show
Everyone is breakable
You see?
Even you and me

Excellent write. Very true, indeed. Even the most hardened hearts have a limit. True, all of us can break, But those who pick themselves up are strong.

Don't let the world give you wrong put that smile on your face. When you doubt yourself look at how far you have come.
