Breaking The Barriers - Poem by Katheryn Foley

hese bright lights are intoxicating,
The waiting room was overrated,
Pain breaks through now i am bleeding,
Emergency.

Tonight among us is the angel of death,
Repeatedly reminds us of our last breath,
Its coming soon its coming fast,
These last few moments will not last.

This song is for the HEARTLESS, HOPELESS
Fresh blood will spill tonight,
RECKLESS, RUTHLESS
Revenge will serve them right.

Break down these walls,
Burn down this bridge of false hope and invisible dreams,
Let the truth be heard,
Let the damage be done,
Let us see what this world has become.

Tonight among us is the angel of death,
Repeatedly reminds us of our last breath,
Its coming soon its coming fast,
These last few moments will not last.

HEARTLESS, HOPELESS
(the angel of death)
RECKLESS, RUTHLESS
(Repeatedly reminds us of our last breath)
HEARTLESS, HOPELESS
(Let the damage be done)
RECKLESS, RUTHLESS
(Let us see what this world has become)
